[ Recommended serving suggestions ]
For those WITH constipation problem, take 2 olives in the morning daily together with 350ml of warm water. Take 2 olives continuously for 5 days in a row, then rest for 5 days before starting again.
For those WITHOUT constipation problem, take 1 olive in the morning daily together with 350ml of warm water. Take continuously for 6 days in a row, then rest for 2-3 days before starting again.
